“How old is Middle Age?” Since we don’t know the exact date of our death, it makes this a pretty tough question. (If we did know, we could just divide by 2!) So, let’s go with this definition: “middle age is a time when we re-examine our decision making process and decide if that process will sere us well in the second half of our life.”  Middle age is not a number, it is a process, a time to decide to choose life or wait for the nursing home wagon.

“But I am Not Creative”: You create everyday silly, you create a life. Maybe you aren’t artistic, maybe you don’t have any training, but you are a creation and your destiny is to create. Maybe you just haven’t found your creative outlet yet.

“How Can I Get Paid for My Art?” I’m not sure that we are here to talk about that. Middle Aged Crazy is about finding yourself, releasing your Beast, money isn’t a big part of the discussion.

“Why Creativity?” Because we have been taught to color between the lines, to always make sure we are right, to live by the book. M.A.C. is about giving yourself permission to give expression to your inner voice, to be YOU. The best way to do that? Find your creative outlet and let it fly!

“What if I’m No Good?” Define good. It takes a lifetime to master an creative pursuit: so what? Give yourself permission to suck, revel in your suckage, be violently wrong, it’s ok. Take all the pressure off and have fun.
